Our origins . . .

Cornerstone Solutions, Inc. was founded in 1987 as a software training company, specializing in top-notch, instructor-led classes for corporate training departments. We hired the best people and used the best training materials we could find . . . materials that actually turned out to be pretty disappointing. Our instructors knew they could make learning easy, as well as thorough, and wanted to have fun doing it. So, we began writing and publishing our own courseware! Ever since, we've been putting our instructors' experience, humor, and creativity on paper, and the resulting manuals are international sellers.

Cornerstone continues to provide on-site training to classes and individuals, as well as write and publish our terrific courseware. We've also grown to offer complete class Registration Services, Help Desk Support, Consulting Services, and Custom Documentation.

Our expertise in the ACT! contact management program evolved in 1996 when ACT! became networkable. Several of our larger training clients asked if we could train their sales staff in ACT!. "Sure, why not!" We had been using it internally since the DOS days. Less than a year later, one person on our staff became certified as an ACT! consultant. In 1998, we became an Authorized ACT! Training Center. Over the next few years, three more of our staff members became ACT! Certified Consultants

We were really excited when Pat Sullivan (the original developer of ACT! and now President and CEO of Interact Commerce Corporation) bought ACT! back from Symantec. Interact's core Customer Relationship Management product, SalesLogix, was the perfect software for us to offer our larger clients who had needs beyond the current capabilities of ACT!. So, we became SalesLogix Business Partners with staff who are SalesLogix Certified. We are happy to offer complete training and consulting services in ACT! CRM Alliance Memberand SalesLogix. We also understood that we needed to have a broader range of associates that we could count on for all of the technologies that are available now. So we are proud members of the CRM Alliance.

Today, all of our products and services continue to combine a wealth of experience with a healthy dose of humor. We believe that work should be fun, especially when it comes to learning. Our friendly staff of experts looks forward to helping you master your software needs, whatever they may be.
