• Mail-merge your e-mail template to the current contact or to all contacts in the current ACT! lookup.
• Forget exporting/updating lists in yet another program.
• Send emails on behalf of each member of your sales team with a single click... so when a prospect replies... it goes to the sales rep... not you.
• View all reactions to the e-mail (did they open or click on any of the links?) in each contact's history tab.
• Quickly create lookups of all contacts who opened and clicked on email links for your sales follow ups.
• AND now they have Drip Automation! So the emails are sent out on time... without any intervention from you. I'm thinking vacation, baby.

For example: If I send you an email from ACT! (using Swiftpage) and if you can see the graphics in the e-mail, I can tell (in ACT!) that you opened it. If you click on any link in the e-mail, I know about it. If you did it multiple times, I know it. I can even create a lookup in ACT! of the people who clicked on the links multiple times (my most likely prospects) to create a ranked callback list. Why waste time on people who weren't interested enough in my offer to click on a link to find out more information. That's a waste of your time AND mine.

If you never click on any links in any of my emails, I can set up Swiftpage to send you a different follow-up email (or post card or letter or fax) than those who clicked on one of the links. I can even instruct Swiftpage to stop the drips based on how I fill out fields in ACT! (if you change from a Prospect to a Customer in the ID/Status). Then I can design the campaign so that you are transferred out of the Prospect drip and into the Client drip... which contains a different set of messages.

This is amazing stuff! All automated. I have to tell you, I am SO impressed with this group, that I became a Swiftpage Certified Consultant (as of the end of August 2008, there were only 5 in the country).
