Susan Clark founded Cornerstone Solutions in 1987 to help businesses embrace the new world of PCs. Prior to that she served almost 10 years as Director of Marketing for a Fortune 500 oilfield service company. She uses her 30+ years of sales and marketing experience to ensure that your technology supports you and your sales and marketing teams (not the other way around). Cornerstone currently has one of the largest teams of ACT! Certified Consultants in the world and is one of the top resellers in the nation.

Susan’s database tool of choice is ACT! software. Her passion is helping companies to be more productive.

Susan is a veteran ACT! Certified Consultant and one of their Authorized Premiere Trainers. She has served as a member on the ACT! Advisory Board (1 of 9 people in the world) which meets with the product development and other management teams to help guide the future of this top-selling contact management software. Sage has contracted with her to train and ceritfy new ACT! consultants. Six times a year she facilitates the Houston Area ACT! Users Group. She lives in Houston with her husband of 35+ years and 2 grown sons.

Her company (Cornerstone Solutions, Inc.) has also published more than 150 user guide titles for training people to better utilize their software, from simple manuals on Word and Excel to more complex guides on Visual Basic Programming. Susan is the author of several of those books, including The Official ACT! QuickStudy Guide, currently in it’s ninth edition.
